Deployment  of OrthoView

OrthoView can be deployed in a number of ways, to best meet the particular needs of a hospital or clinic. Whether integrated into a PACS viewer for convenience, as a standalone Workstation for the smaller hospitals and clinics, or using an OrthoView Server for ultimate flexibility... we have a solution for all sizes of hospital.

OrthoView Enterprise

OrthoView is fully integrated into many PACS. For the full list of these systems, please click here. OrthoView Enterprise is sold, supplied and supported through these PACS partners.

The Enterprise integration allows an image to be selected from the PACS using the PACS viewing station and OrthoView can then be launched, with one click, to start planning and templating. The finished plan and report can be stored back into the PACS, as part of the patient record.

OrthoView Workstation

Specifically designed for the smaller hospital or Orthopaedic Clinic, the standalone edition of OrthoView is easy to install and configure. It can be installed on any suitable PC and accepts either Jpeg or DICOM images. It can be directly connected to any PACS, or DICOM image archive, or alternatively, images can be read from a CD or Windows file. Templated images and reports can be saved back to a connected PACS, stored locally, and/or saved to CD.

OrthoView Workstation is ideal for users who have more than one place of work and transport images from one place to another, or for those who wish to template at home.

OrthoView Server

Offering ultimate flexibility for larger sites, OrthoView can be deployed on a dedicated server which is connected to a PACS and allows OrthoView client workstations to access patient studies. OrthoView is accessed via a web browser, at any network-enabled pc or workstation. Templated images can be saved back to the PACS, stored locally and/or saved to CD. OrthoView offers concurrent (floating) licenses or workstation licenses for each of the above editions.
